As the Human Resources Talent and Operations Manager, you think strategically and execute operationally. You will optimize human resource workflows to support change and growth, and will implement or enhance technology tools and manual processes to achieve scalable efficient solutions. Initially, you will focus on all aspects of hiring and career management moving to more responsibility optimizing human resource operations. You bring significant practical experience and knowledge, knowing when to reach out to external networks and colleagues to help problem solve. You thrive in ambiguous situations, and bring maturity, leadership, professionalism, and an ability to foster a collaborative growth mindset culture. You report directly to the Director of Talent and will collaborate closely with the CFAO and REDF directors.
